NORTHERN MUSIC VIDEOS AWARDS 2018*
*Pluz consult* under its own certification and the certificate of the specify scheme *Northern music video awards* has put together a regional award to recognize the efforts musicians and key stakeholders who matter in producing quality music video using their profession in diverse ways particularly within the three Northern region of Ghana.
The awards as said is covering the three regions of the north but the maiden edition will focus on the Northern Region alone and subsequence edition will be covering the rest of the three regions of the north.
For the first time they are covering only thirteen (13) categories which are follows.

*Best Male video of the year*
*Best Female video of the year*
*Best Hiplife video of the year*
*Best hiphop video of the year*
*Best Highlife video of the year*
*Best Reggae Dancehall video of the year*
*Best traditional video of the year*
*Best developmental video of the year*
*Best Group video of the year*
*Best video Director of the Year*
*Best video mixer /Disk jockey of the Year*
*Best Discovery video of the year*
*Pluz consult Northern Music Videos Awards* is considering these areas for the first edition and will be rolling out more categories as they move. So after filling to be nominated,these are the criteria to be used to pick qualify videos for the Awards, there are;
*Performance*
*Educational*
*Concept and Development*
*Visual interpretation /Creativity*
*Technical*
*Location*
As the responsibility of the team to choose videos meeting the criteria for various categories, the voting pattern of one hundred percent, the break down will be *Sixty (60)* percent for the general public and *Forty(40)* percent for the *Board and committee*.Voting will be done through short codes provided for every category.
*Nomination forms and category definition* will be strictly be online and that is *Filling* on their website www.nmva.com and all materials needed should be uploaded there.
*Pluz consult Northern Music Videos Awards* will ensure that nominees will have a photo_shoots for graphic works to promote themselves and the scheme for their fans to vote.
